I've always been the person asking, "How can we make this better?" That curiosity has shaped every stage of my career. I started with a degree in Accounting, built a foundation in customer-facing roles, explored UX to better understand user behaviour, and eventually found my place in product management, where strategy, execution, and customer needs come together. While working at a startup, I naturally took on product responsibilities beyond design, collaborating with stakeholders, defining product requirements, prioritising features, and working closely with developers to move the product forward. That experience confirmed that my greatest impact comes from helping teams decide what to build, why it matters, and how to deliver it successfully. Today, I combine product thinking, project coordination, and user empathy to help teams build digital products that solve real problems and create value for both users and businesses.
